Purdue Pharma and its 3 CEO's Michael Friedman, Howard Udell and Paul Goldenheim were criminally convicted in July 2007, pled guilty to the charges and were sentenced. I testified against them at their sentencing in Federal Court in Virginia and also in front of the US Senate. I am now working with the FDA to determine what further action can be taken against them for the addiction and death epidemic of OxyContin in every state in the country.
