<description>I have been actively exposing Purdue Pharma, the maker of OxyContin for the past 6 years for criminally marketing the drug as less likely to be addictive or abused to physicians and patients. Purdue Pharma and its 3 CEO's Michael Friedman, Howard Udell and Paul Goldenheim were criminally convicted in July 2007, pled guilty to the charges and were sentenced. I testified against them at their sentencing in Federal Court in Virginia and also in front of the US Senate. I am now working with the FDA to determine what further action can be taken against them for the addiction and death epidemic of OxyContin in every state in the country.
